It describes how Nester collects and uses your personal information and your rights and options. This policy is part of Nester’s Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that the Terms, Copyright Policy, and Privacy Policy form a binding legal contract between you and Nester. The Services are not for users under 13. If you are under 13, do not download or use the Application, register on the Website, or provide personal details. Nester does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. ‘Personal information’ refers to information that can reasonably identify you, such as your name, home address, and email address. Your username identifies you when using the Services and appears with information you submit, such as traffic reports or messages. To remain anonymous, configure the Application settings. When using the Service anonymously, other users see only your speed and the time you joined. However, Nester will still track your location and routes to provide the Services. An icon representing you will appear on the map without revealing personal information. Providing additional data, even as an anonymous user, may disclose your identity. If you choose “Not Now” during installation, a temporary anonymous account is created. This allows limited use of the Application but restricts access to certain Website features and credit points. Nester shares your Nester rank and points with other users. You can turn off sharing other details like nickname, avatar, and route information. Further information may be collected when you contact support or report issues. Personal Information You Share The Services rely on user submissions, including data shared via social networks. Submissions may include personal details like name, age, and picture. Content you upload, including traffic reports, is public. Exercise caution when sharing information. Nester may display content you submit to all users and on the Internet. Your email address will remain private. Nester aims to provide a safe experience but cannot control user behavior. Consider carefully before sharing personal information or engaging with other users. You participate in user activities at your own risk. Nester is not responsible for user agreements, activities, or events and disclaims liability for any resulting loss or damage.
Whether you use the Services anonymously or as a registered user, Nester collects location and route information from your mobile device to provide services and suggest nearby places. Nester may also create aggregated, anonymized data from your location information. To stop sharing location data, uninstall the Application using your operating system’s removal feature. If you wish to delete personal information from Nester’s servers, contact support@nester.co.il.
Nester allows integration with select social networks. By linking your Nester account with a social network (such as Facebook), you consent to share information (including personal data) between Nester and the social network in accordance with your privacy settings. This may include your name, email, friends list, and other publicly available information. The use of your data by the social network is governed by its privacy policy, not Nester’s. When you authorize the connection, Nester accesses and stores only the information you allow. Certain private social network data may become visible to other users if made public on Nester.

Our App offers a Premium Subscription that enhances your experience by providing additional features. When you subscribe to Premium, you gain access to the following benefits: Ad-Free Experience: Enjoy using the app without interruptions from in-app advertisements. Real-Time Push Notifications: Receive instant notifications about newly listed apartments that match your saved search criteria. Expanded Region Selection: Access neighborhood and region selections from five different cities, compared to only three cities available to non-subscribers. Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected within the App. Payments are processed securely through the respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Our App provides both email and push notifications to keep you informed about new listings and updates. However, we do not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of these notifications. Nester is not responsible and cannot be held liable if notifications fail to arrive or if the content of the notifications is outdated or irrelevant. We recommend checking the app directly for the most up-to-date information.
By opting in to receive push notifications or email summaries, you agree to receive timely updates related to homes that match your saved search criteria. These notifications and summaries are designed to provide relevant information about new listings, and will be sent to you based on the preferences you have set within the application. Push Notifications: Opted-in users will receive real-time push notifications on their mobile devices about newly listed homes that match their defined search filters. These notifications are sent directly to your device and can be managed through your device’s notification settings or within the app. Email Summaries: Opted-in users will receive daily email summaries containing new listings that match their saved search criteria. You can unsubscribe from these email summaries at any time by updating your notification preferences within the app. You acknowledge that by opting in for push notifications or email summaries, you are consenting to receiving these communications. Nester will not send unsolicited messages, and these notifications are not considered spam as they are directly related to the services you have requested. If at any time you no longer wish to receive notifications or email summaries, you can easily opt-out by adjusting your notification preferences or by unsubscribing from emails.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will take effect 30 days after a notification is posted on our website’s homepage or relevant pages. Minor changes will be effective 7 days after posting. Changes made to comply with legal requirements will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.
